Ingredients:
2 lbs ground chuck
Conecuh sausage (or sausage of your choice) - optional
1 large onion, chopped
2 (1-ounce) packages ranch dressing mix
2 (1.5 ounce) taco seasoning mix
2 (11 ounce) cans white shoepeg corn, drained
2 cups water
1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) can black beans
1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes with chiles
What to do:
- In a dutch oven, brown ground chuck and onion until meat is brown and onion is tender, drain
- Add remaining ingredients (do not drain the liquid from the canned ingredients - except for corn)
- Stir well, bring to boil, reduce head, cover and simmer for 2 hrs
- ENJOY!
